Akari quickly took advantage of the situation, seeing that three of the Erasers were down and unconcious already. Damian was helping out Ryu and Nudge, Jay, and Sea were out the door in escape. Soon enough, red flashing lights illuminated the room, quickly accompanied by a loud blaring siren. She was about to yell to the others when she felt claws grip her shoulders, throwing her against the ground. She snarled and leapt upwards, throwing out a very forceful kick, knocking the wolf-man backwards.
He quickly was on her again, his unatural red eyes glowing with anger and hatred. Her own hatred filled her, giving her vision a red haze as she leaped on him, her punches knocking his head back with every hook, finishing it off with a kick to his chest, knocking him out cold. She was so focused on the blood that coated her hands that she didn't notice the Eraser looming behind her. When she felt his presence though, it was too late. He wrapped an arm around her neck, slowly strangling the life out of her until her vision was just a few black spots fading into darkness. She tried to scream, but it came out weak and frail, desperately hoping that someone heard.

As soon as Naomi saw the Erasers split up, she was only focused on getting out and escaping. As she ran towards the door she almost bumped into a frightened Jay hiding behind Sea. An Eraser stood in their path, his eyes glinting with mischeif and anger. She had to defend them.
Grabbing a metal bar sitting next to one of the cages, she slowly crept up behind the Eraser, leaping at him with a yell and bringing the weight down hard on its head. After smiling and nodding to the two in front of her, she leaped out the door, racing down the hallways she had memorized just days before. Glancing back to make sure that Jason and Serria were following, she was desperate to get out of the building fast.

Jason was ready to jump into action as soon as the Eraser started towards him, but when Serria grabbed him from behind he actually realized the intesnity of the situation. They could die. Hiding behind Serria, he was more than happy to get out as soon as she suggested it. Making sure that no Erasers were watching, he watched as two split up towards the others, but one focused on them. The one that Jay had attacked.
He was terrified, he would openly admit it, so he was more than shocked when the Eraser in front of them dropped, revealing a very scared Nudge holding a metal weight. She nodded to them before leaping out the door, and, grabbing Sea's hand, he yanked her towards the open door that Damian was standing near. He heard a scream behind them, but he had pulled Serria too far out the door to even turn around. He wanted to get out. Now.

Ryu's eyes shifted towards the door when Nudge took care of an Eraser in front of Sea and Jay. He was glad half of the flock was gone and taken care of but he didn't see Akari and Damian with them. That all meant they were still in the same room with him..
A rather weak scream came across him and that was more than enough to gian Ryu's attention. He turned to find Akari in a headlock with an Eraser and she didn't look to good. The Eraser looked to be enjoying himself as he saw a victory overcoming him as the weakening avian in his arms but that all ended until he took a blow to the head from Ryu's knee. Ryu almost yelped at how much force he used on the Eraser but he didn't care show it as he watched Akari go straight to the floor as the half-breed of a wolf backed away and clutched his jaw. Ryu recalled hearing a loud pop but he never did pay attention to such things. His attention shifted towards Akari as he knelt down to wrap his arm around her lower back to get the avian back up on her feet. Lifting her up was easy, but there wasn't time to see how light she was. He didn't know how long she was in the headlock but he could tell it was long enough.
"Can you stand? We've got to move." He said with a bit of urgency as he tried to speak over the wailing siren above them. The room now had a pulsing red glow, that meant the whole facilty was alerted of their escape. That wans't good... their time of escaping has now shortened. They've spent too much time in this room already.
Without giving Akari much time to reply, he was already half-dragging her towards the door he saw half of the flock disappear to. He heard a scuffle behind him but a rather sadistic laugh told him it was Damian followed by a bloodcurling howl. "Stop torturing him and move it, Damian!" Ryu hissed before stumbling into the hall. He was sure Serria and the other escaped few knew the way, they've talked it over and over many times days before. Ryu was sure that they would rememeber this escape plan for the rest of their lives by how much they discussed it, if they do have lives after this.

.:Damian Auguste:.
Damian was upon the Eraser once he saw how hard Ryu kicked the damn thing. Damian flapped his wings and it allowed him to tackle into the wolf-boy with much more force. Once he had the Eraser where he wanted him Damian unleashed a string of hooks and kicks until he was sure the Eraser wouldn't be getting up anytime soon. The whole time he was downing the Eraser, Ryu was assisting Akari. After hearing Ryu's demand, Damian tossed his head to move his red bangs away from his green eyes and he smirked at his work below him. The Eraser taking quick and shallow breaths as his body rippled with pain.
"I'm getting better at this arn't I?" He commented with a chuckle as he reached into the Eraser's now bloodied and shredded pocket. Damian's snarky smirk grew as he pulled out a lighter, just what he needed. Damian wasn't able to start his own flame, he needed a small spark or something in order to use the flames for his benefit. Without it a flame to work with, all Damian could do was cause extreme heat and serious burns.
Damian clicked open the lighter and swiftly used his thumb to make a small spark. It worked, that was enough for Damian. "Might come in handy, thanks a lot mutt." He said as he used his free hand to do a make-shift salute to the broken Eraser before taking off after Ryu and Akari. Seeing all of the Erasers in the room rendered uselss, Damian found himself enjoying this escape.

.:Serria Hawkins:.
By the time Serria saw the red flashes and the loud sirens, she trusted her memory to guide her through the endless white walls and white tiled floors. She knew where the Whitecoats were going to be deployed in situations like this and she made sure she remained behind Nudge as the girl made all the right turns and right directions. She glanced over her shoulder to see if Ryu. Akari, and Damian made it out but she didn't see them. This worried her and she was tempted to stop and turn back but Ryu already warned her about doing something like this, he told her not to do it. They would be fine, their first priority was to get out of the building and fly slash run for it.
Serria nearly jumped out of her skin when she began to hear the horrifying clicks of man-made weapons behind them. "There's the door! Ready yourselves!" She warned and made a sharp turn towards an exit and Serria lifted her hand to block out the bright sun as soon as she stepped outside. It's been ages since she's been outside.. It was close to sun-set now and the bright circle in the sky was settling in the horizon in an red-orange glow. The skies were a gray-ish blue with a hint of pink as the sun colored it but Serria shook her head and comanded her wings to unfurl and flap. This would be her first flight if she could get herself off the gorund. Giving her wings a work-out she'll never forget, her white wings were aching almost like they were on fire as small feathers fell towards the ground from her quick and sharp movements.

Akari watched through her blurry vision as Ryu quickly took advantage of the distracted Eraser, bringing it down with a quick attack. As she dropped to the ground, she felt him grab her, trying to hold her up. His fevered whisper in her ear barely made sense, but some of the fog that had settled over her brain was starting to clear away as more oxygen began to flow through her lungs. She could see the white hallways around them, and she caught the sight of red flashing lights out of the corner of her eye, but she was to busy trying to clear out her mind to even care. Up ahead she saw a bright light flooding through the escape door, the red EXIT sign above it a dull glow compared to the pure sunlight.
As soon as they were both through the door, Akari tried to stand by herself, pushing off Ryu's hands none too gently. Wobbly but standing, she glanced around to make sure that everyone from the Flock was there. The only one missing was Damian, but she could hear his running footsteps coming down the building to them, so she spread out her wings, ready to fly. Her white wings glistened against the sun's light, casting a red glow upon them, just about the color of her red hair. She could feel her spirit building up in her chest, the desperate cry for freedom and flight. So, letting her spirit go as it pleased, she felt herself start to raise into the air. As she did this, the fog dismissed completely from her mind, the world around her sharpening its focus. Speaking down below to the others, her wide smile said it all.
"Let's blow this joint."

Naomi watched as Akari and Ryu emerged from the door, but when Damian didn't appear a panic exploded in her head. Was he okay? Did he get hurt? Or captured? Did he trip and fall? Was he going to be okay? Why were they leaving if he wasn't coming? Why wasn't he coming? Wh-
Nudge cut off her own thoughts as she squinted her eyes shut to concentrate. He was probably just running behind, nothing more, nothing less. So, as she watched Akari rise into the air with a smile, she couldn't help but smile too, worry escaping her mind as soon as she felt the light breeze flow through her black feathers, quickly accepting the will to soar higher into the sky than ever before.
Although this was her first time, Nudge knew right away she was going to fly as if she had been for years. Her instinct to flap her wings and soar was greater than any doubt or care. She couldn't help but shoot up into the air, as if embracing it like a lost friend. She was free. No more cages, no more needles, no more tests. She was free.

Jay raced after Serria, making sure that he never lost sight of her as they weaved throughout the confusing hallways. Soon enough he was about to jump for joy as they leaped through the brightness of the door ahead, ready to get outside and into fresh air. He saw Akari and Ryu, but he didn't bother paying attention as he was already soaring through the air, exploring the trees and large objects he could see in the distance. With his normal advanced vision, he could see very distant buildings and cars weaving through streets. The people were too small to be seen, but he could make out their small ant-like shapes with happiness. They were finally out of that large cage that Jay had been calling home since he was a baby.
He saw Serria next to him struggling next to him, a pained expression on her face as he watched her flap her wings up and down for the first time, and, although he wouldn't admit it, he felt his muscles sting and burn under the pressure of flying, though his adrenaline kept him from feeling it. Almost like he didn't have wings at all and he was floating through the air.
As he flew, he joined Serria in her first flight, smiling to her, the vibrant blue of his wings reflecting off the white shirt he currently was wearing.

.:Ryu Firenze:.
Ryu didn't hesitate to release Akari once she pulled away, he trusted that she knew when she was ready to stand on her own. When he stepped outside, his black wings unfurled almost immidiately as soon as he realized where he was. The sun almost made him wince and shrink back inside but eh shielded his eyes to guard him from the brightness. The School made him too much of a nightcreature, he almost found it unfair to escape into the daylight. But Ryu bit his lip and flapped his wings with long downstrokes. He was up and off the ground within moments but he couldn't help but glance over his shoulder to see if Damian would come out and follow suit. He didn't.
This was beginning to worry Ryu a little, Damian was a bit of an oddball out of the whole Flock but he was still part of them. That was something Ryu won't admit by word of mouth but this Flock didn't need to say anything to agree who was in and out of this group. It was a bit of a miracle on how they managed to trust each other when they all promised themselves not to trust another living thing. Well, maybe not everyone but Ryu sure made that promise with his Flock as the only exception.
When Ryu began to hear muffle gunshots from inside the building, his grey eyes blinked and panic burned through his body but he heard a crash and found Damian tumbling out of the glass and flapping his red wings a bit frantically to get airborne. Relief relaxed Ryu a bit but another couple of gun shots told him that they needed to go now. He almost didn't notice that there was smoke creeping from out of the window but he guessed he shouldn't be all the surprised.

Damian followed Ryu and Akari until he was cut off by a pair of Whitecoats, handguns in hand. He was co close to freedom and this got in his way. Damian had the thought of tackling into them but that would only get him back in their clutches and he'll be doomed to be back in that god forsaken cage. Damian narrowed his deadly green eyes and he twitched a little as pure rage seemed to fill up and boil over inside of him. Many flashbacks fo needles and IV's came to Damian's mind and his rather dark hatred for the Whitecoats seemed to get the better of him, at least for now.
It was a lie when they all smiled and told him that he wouldn't feel a thing. Everything they said about being better was a lie. Damian had the urge for payback now. His vibrant eyes shifted and he clicked open the lighter again. The Whitecaots took aim but he dashed into a random room and made a small spark with the lighter. With a few miliseconds to catch the small flame, he concentrated and pulled out a flame like a magician would pulling a small animal from a hat in an act. Using it like a weapon of his own Damian smirked as he set the desks and walls ablaze. He looked for the nearest window an took off again and slid the lighter into his pocket before crashing through the glass. Fire alarms blared in his ears and a warm sentation went down his arms but he ignored the small glass shards and tried to take flight before he could get to his feet. Gunshots were sounded behind him when they caught up to him but he was out of reach, but the flying bullets can still get him if he wasn't quick enough.
Yeah, watch us all disappear right before your very eyes. Damian snapped and his rusty red wings allowed him to get up and above the ground below. You guys still haven't learned a god-damned thing!

Serria blinked and her blue eyes widened when she no longer felt the ground below her but she didn't allow her wings to stop flapping. As she gradually gained height a small smile formed at the corners of her mouth and she looked up at Jay when he seemed to take wing a bit better than she did. It was obvious that this wasn't his first flight but she didn't care, this was hers and she was enjoying it depsite the fact that her wings were aching and it was part of the plan to get out of Hell.
Seeing Jay smile beside her made her own smile grow even more until there was a sudden crash of glass and a slightly bloody Damian dodging gunshots. Her smile disappeared and it was replaced by a paniced expression as her wings began to pnic on heir own an tried to help her gain more height from the ground below her. She tilted her body slightly so she could gain speed and stop hovering.

I apologize for not warning you sooner, it's just might be a few days at tops.
