"I love their song we own the night." Audrey said, looking back up at the amber trees.

Alex nodded.

"I might've heard that song before."

:Zoey:

I pushed his shoulder playfully.

Alex laughed and did the same. "C'mon, let's get goi'n." he said.

Audrey turned back to him. "so, will it take more than a day to get to the motel, or do you know?" she asked, going back to the previous conversation.

:Zoey:

Smiling, I nodded. "Yeah, let's go."

:Andrew:

"Should take about a day, maybe a day and a half at most," I concluded after a minute.

Audrey nodded. "good."

Alex started walking.

"Yeah."

:Zoey:

I walked with Alex and Reagan, following slightly behind.

"so, what do they look like, Phill and Marcas?" Alex asked.


"thanks, for everything. I'm sorry I was so mean in the beginning, I guess I just didn't really trust you." Audrey admitted.

:Reagan:

Zoey glanced at me and I told Alex, "Well, Marcas has slicked back black hair...Phill is bald-ish...at least, they were. We all got make-overs at the mall." (AKA, I can't remember XD )

:Andrew:

I smiled and shrugged. "You didn't really have a reason to trust me- I dragged you guys through a wall."

Audrey giggled. "yeah. I wouldn't have usually gotten so mad, though. I was just a little tired of being dragged around, and staying so silent about it."

Alex nodded, looking up at the sky at an angle, as if there were pictures of them floating in the cool air. "cool. So, how far away's the mall?" his stomach growled a bit. "or maybe a resteraunt? I'm starved!"

My stomach growled as if on cue. It didn't growl much anymore though- usually it was just an emptiness. I'd been literally starved for 4 weeks. I smiled and nodded. "Yeah, let's go."

:Andrew:

"I totally understand."
