If yo want to save the wolves, and go into the wild capture fix them open breeding centers for them and all that crap, Taxs Would go up, we don't need that. That means more money to pay, and less money for us to afford an actually life. Seriously.

And without us "Checking" the wolf, coyote, rabbit, mouse, and whatever else populations of deer or whatnot of animals there, the world would be imbalanced. just remember, mother nature does NOTHING wrong... except make girls hellweek. but thats beside the point. "checking" the population is a form of keeping the world in balance. ->science nerd<- Hunting is a good and bad thing. of all else, The wolves do need to survive, but they also keep us, and the other animals ''checked'' into there right order of population.

imagine this. if there was no wol hunting, their population would spike (or go up) Major drastically. Soon, here won't be enough food for them in America. Then they'll start hunting humans, but once we get protected from the wolves, there won't be anything for them to eat. if theres nothing else for them to eat, guess what? THEY WILL ALL DIE.When they all die, they will effect OUR population. Wolves are very close to the top of the food chain. not that close, but still. everything under it will die, and everything above it will die. Then can you guess what? YOU and I will DIE. So,if you save the wolves with no hunting ever, you basically want to kill the whole population on earth. Good going genius.

And one more thing, If you still support saving wolves, go for it. just remember you may kill the whole population on earth. Good Day to you. (:

First, Wolf Hunting is needed to keep the population in check, but if no one protects wolves, and NO, I AM NOT JUST SAYING GREYS, i am talking about all wolves, then there will be none left. Like take the red wolf for example. It is rare to find a pure red wolf, because they were so hunted that most had to breed with coyotes. So they are almost extinct because of lack of protection. THat's why there is hunting sesons, people! think a bit! they used to get hunted year around, so bloop, there they go. See, protection is a good thing, as long as it comes at the right time. Why greys are just now coming off the endangered list, if they are off, is because of, oops, lack of protection. SO, yah.

But i do agree, if we go no no, dont kill wolves at alll, then they will spike and start deleating everything from their territory, then they expand, and move into new ones, and repeat. So keeping the population this level is extremely important. think about it, wolfieboos. YES, wolves are my fave animal, and i do have one as a fursona, but they NEED to be hunted a little. Or, as she said, they will start hunting us and livestock, and alot of things they should not of hunted in the first place.

I agree with only your first paragraph because, in actuality, .Alois, wolves do not greatly influence our survival. If they were to go extinct, coyotes would most likely claim the wolves' spot in the ecosystem. They would/could evolve to be apex predator as the grey wolf is currently [i.e. stronger jaws, larger body, etc.].

Actually, they do. Coyotes don't hunt the bigger animals, such as wolves do. Wolves are one of the little animals that would hunt the Moose, elk, and such things as that. Coyotes are more of a rabbit, mouse, sometimes deer sort of an animal. In this case, It's wolves who are more above the coyote BECAUSE of the way that wolves would hunt the bigger animals.

All else, really, One more thing I have to say.
Hunting is a very...lets say... A diverse thing. It's very flexible on if it's good or bad. It's good because it keeps the wolves in Check. Check meaning, the population of wolves should be at a certain amount. Hunting is also bad, because, we possibly could "over check" the population and wipe the species out, which means total extermination of the population of the world.

And which, in any case, hunting can be GOOD or BAD. EITHER ONE. So basically, there is no need for threads such as this one. The Federal Government already has Operations such as this, where only there actually DOING something about it, and not just "supporting not doing it" or whatever.

so basically, also, threads like these aren't exactly necessary. Threads like this is just a place to support not doing, or doing something. You are doing ANYTHING but supporting, so it makes NO different to the wolf population, whatsoever.

We talk about wolf stuff, what we think about them and how we can try and support them and many more.

I really dont think wolves would come and attack humans if they ever ran out of food...that's a little...dramatic? Yea, dramatic. I highly doubt that...and think of the prey wolves go for
rabbit-there are a bunch of them, they can multiply quickly, and huge animals...that's hard for them to take down, and other animals that escape my mind for these moments...
