Kanda was in the cafeteria and ordered some soba.

Mizuki walks up to Allen's door and knocks on the door, no one answers so she quietly opens the door and looks around, She looks to his bed and sees him asleep,
"Awwwwww....he's asleep..." she whispers to the air around her
She quietly walks over to him and sits on the edge of the bed, she moves the silky white hair out of his face. She kisses him on the forehead and starts talking to him, as if he was still awake and she was telling him a story,
"You know that little black cat? It was Kanda...I accidently turned him into a cat...I kinda feel awful," she makes a mischievous smile and continues, "But I still had Mugen when he changed back. I 'forced' him to not get mad. He didn't, not really anyway. But I gave him a hug and almost everything got better...I even told him that he did feel like a brother to me, which he does, so I talked/'forced' him to agree that I could call him my older brother. Just like I do to you." she looks at Allen to make sure he hasn't woken up yet, he hasn't so she continues her story, "Now you're Nii-san and Kanda's Onii-san. I don't know why Allen...but I always feel better when I talk to you, even if you're asleep" Mizuki kisses her brother on the forehead again and moves up against the wall.
I kinda hope he doesn't wake up for a little while yet...I just want to sit here and calm down for a while...
Her eyes begin to slowly close and she slips into sleep.

After Jerry cave Kanda his soba,
he sits down and is eating his food.
While he eats, he thinks about what happened recently.
It makes him angry as he thought about the Noah keeping him as a Pet.

Tamotsu starts to stir and wakes up,
I wonder where Mizuki went?
His stomach growls loudly and he quickly puts a hand over it,
Guess I must be hungry...
He slowly gets up, rubs both his eyes with one hand and walks out of Mizuki's room,
I've gotta stop using her room, and start using my own...

Almost eaten up, Kanda looks at his Food.
'Somehow it tasted different...
...
Must be because im thinking too much about the cat thing.'

Tamotsu walks down to the cafeteria and up to Jerry's counter,
"Chicken parmesan please"
"Of course" Jerry starts cooking, in less than ten minutes Tamotsu's food's ready, "Here you are,"
"Thanks Jerry." Tamotsu takes his food and walks to a table, before he sits he sees Kanda and goes to sit with him, "Hey"

Kanda looked up when he heard Tamotsu.
"What is it ?" he says calm, but not really in a chaty mood.

"Do you know where Mizuki went?" Tamotsu cuts apart his food and begins to eat

"Not really, and i dont really want to know where she is." answers Kanda a bit annoyed.
He just remembered the hug from before.

"Are you mad at her?" Tamotsu's empty mouth hangs open, "How the HELL could you be mad at an adorable kid like that?!"
