Quick Question; Why do pets change raitys? Does it depend on how many of the pet there is or..?
and how can you predict it?

rarity for a pet changes according to the number of a particular pet on the site in relationship to the number of users (active or not) on the site....when people predict changes they really are just making educated guesses from being around the site a lot

I doubt either of them will go soon. July PPS or Dogtag would be next, then the coontail, THEN the sunback. e___e unless I'm grossly mistaken.

To rare? I don't think anytime soon, at all. It's like the staff dogs from past years. They are uncommons, hard to find yes, but there are many. I've seen people with hoards of those cats that go up to at least 30. They can't be that rare.
