I think it may be possible it was common right when it came out, but otherwise it's been uncommon pretty much since its release.

I thought this dog was rare first, and that the orange one changed back to uncommon (and now rare again)? Did this change with this update or am I wrong?

This dog was uncommon from the start. The orange one started out as a rare, then uncommon, and now it's rare again.

Green and pink were common (and still are I think), but this one was the rarest of the litter. So, uncommon. o-o
