Well, as my luck turns, one of my designs very dear to me has been stolen.
I'm so sick of seeing art theft everywhere. I can't even put it into words. Make your own designs people! Stop stealing! Jyst changing the order of special addons and adding a couple polkadots changes nothing!
As you can see, Sybil is very mad about this.

I agree with you. My friend had done something original with a special design on it that she made up, only to have someone say 'Hey, you stole my art!!' and it was their(The theft's) 8th drawing, none of which had that design but one that they(The theft) had made a day after she(Friend) posted her art.

My bestie made a design using a lineart, the dog's name she made was Skittles and she had rainbow markings on her. Well as soon ask you know it a day later someone else makes a wolf (using the same lineart) named "Skit Socks" (Skit is short for Skittles) and it has the same rainbow marking except it's fur is white. Art theft really grinds my gears DX

I agree with you. I feel terrible for your friend. And now I can truly say I know how it feels...I hope they're happy about what they did, knowing that they caused someone such upset.

Iv had my fursonas design stolen... My fursona Fallen. She does not look like the one on CS but she is black with wings and blue on her in some places. I found her design on the internet, google to be exact. I was looking up wolf anatomy (for my art) and found her on some blog. I was VERY angry and it makes me more angry that the art was poorly done. I feel you, Luckaly I got my beloved Fallen back so hopefuly you get yours back.

That's terrible! I'm glad you got Fallen back though, and hopefully the stolen art threads will be locked up so it will end.

Art theft is an inexcusable! Even though nobody has EVER stolen any of my art....I am still against this.

I heard of the person that stole the art of your charrie. I was like :O You totally took her design! With all the details in the same places it just shocked me. I am soooo against art theft. But, I have to say. Sometimes people don't look at some art and they end up drawining a charrie that is already made. But, that still is art theft. I'm guessing the theft's are like 'What? I didn't even see that!" or "I didn't copy your art!" Too... many... lies...

I unintentionally committed art theft 1 time. Only once. And I swear it was totally unintentinal. I seriously didn't notice at all until I saw something really similar in the gallery of somebody I stalk made before I did mine. I guess I look at people's drawings too much. That's seriously how I learned to draw. I stalked a ton of artists on here for the longest time (especially Ruki xD) until I finally decided to pick up a pencil and try it myself. I still have a loooooooong way to go though x3
