I am skeptical, I must say, on this one. What do you think?
For this one, I am looking for a really unique form, colourful, and the story must be excellent - don't follow the old lines of "I went to the center and adopted it...." Something else!
"I was walking in the woods and I saw a christmas tree. I picked it up and took it home. I woke up and there it was at my feet, and ambie tangled in the lights. I returned it to the center, but filled in a form. Here it is."
Or something. To make it interesting, I decided, from now on, every form has a theme!. This means layout, colours and for bonus points separators/pictures, and of course the story. You've guessed it, this form's theme is...
