Cropping GIFs?

I didn't know where to put this thread, so I just put it here, sorry if it isn't in the right spot. : P
Could anypony help me crop this GIF? I'm not sure how to. : ) Just cut the black off of the sides and top, I mean. But keep the signature on, I don't want to get in trouble. Maybe you could put the signature under the text? ^^
