Cutie Mark Story | When Midsummer was a little filly, she auditioned for a play at her school. Unfortunately, she didn't get the main part she'd hoped for, as the teacher said she wasn't 'suitable' to play the part, in other words she told Midsummer that she was far too forgetful and clumsy. Midsummer was so upset about this, but sat in the audience for every rehearsal there was for the play, just to imagine what it would be like if she was a part of it. On the day of the performance, the pony playing the main character called in sick, the teacher didn't know what to do, no pony else knew the part. But then Midsummer asked again if she could play the main character, as she had sat in the audience for every rehearsal and knew all the lines and songs. The teacher rolled her eyes and with much persuading, agreed. Midsummer happily got changed into her costume and walked nervously onto the stage, she performed perfectly and the show was a complete success, after the play was over she went backstage to be congratulated by her parents, she then got her cutie mark. |

No. She may have a mane like hers, but she is not related. It's a special dye she put in her hair, and her regular color is too embarrassing to show.
