I considor n00bs, by, if they haven't posted anywhere, traded or sent a trade with anyone, or do stupid trades. Like, you could've been the 20th person to every join CS, and if you still send dumb trades, than I'd considor you a n00b. You guys get what I'm saying? I'll explain it a little better if you want me to.

I get the occasional PM asking me to unlock my Ungrouped pets for trading - apparently having them in a locked group right on the front page where they're the first pets I see every time I come on CS is a sign they are unloved.

A newb is a new person or someone who is new to trading or the forums, while a n00b is anyone who acts in an obnoxious manner, whether it's through repeatedly sending bad trades, posting spam on the forums, or just being annoying in general. Most of the people I've contacted who have never posted in the forums seem perfectly nice, intelligent and non-n00bish - they just like having the pets and aren't really interested in the forum or trading side of the game. By definition, someone who has never posted in the forums or sent a trade can't be a n00b, only a newbie.

Ah, I've finally found someone who sees newbs and n00bs the same way I do. :3 there's nothing wrong with newbies. Just because they're new doesn't mean they're bad people.

EDIT - here's my rant:

Why? Why? WHY? Why, exactly, do n00bs think they're getting my Advent '08 cats for a few commons?

A nice member gave me a lot of pets the other day, and two were the fox-cat and tabby cat from the '08 Advent Calendar. I have them, so I put them in my trading section.

I've been getting offers such as, one 2010 Celebration pup for one/two rare cats. Or, two commons and an uncommon for one of them. Really, it says "Rare" under it. :3
