Trade Rant Thread. {new rule please look}

I suppose the following trade isn't bad in terms of quantity, BUT...

... After a little investigation, I discovered that all the pets being offered to me except the blue Cherry Blossom B-Wolf comes from this person's (clearly marked) ADOPTION CENTER... Their ADOPTION CENTER whereby others users have DONATED those pets so that they can be given out for FREE to others users. I've even seen the thread for said adoption center in the free adoptions forum. I'm disgusted that this person is trying to use those donated pets for personal gain. What makes matters worse is that the person sent this same trade twice in a row. Yeah, as if that doesn't raise any red flags at all.

Should I report the person?

Since they're scamming people I would. People are donating thinking they're helping others out. Not making that user richer, so to speak.

Ok, thanks for addressing my post. I hadn't considered the "legal" ramifications behind that person's trade offer beyond what I felt was just immoral. I'd like to see their so-called "adoption center" shut down for good.

Okay. This is pretty good.

I cancel with a message saying, "Hah, funny."

They then send me a pm that says:

"Ya why dont u just laugh at urself that dragon took me a long time to get and I'm not giving it away that easily lady. So lol back at u "

Three things.
1. I already had the dragon in question. Wasn't on my wishlist or anything.
2. Pretty sure they sent the trade, right?
3. I wasn't laughing at myself, I was too busy laughing at them.

And no sign that they are nft in any way, yet when I send a suggestion

At least state somewhere this and that is not for trade if you're going to leave it out.

THAT HAPPENED TO ME!! The won't reply to me, and I even saved the pet, so they could trade back without hassle!

Make a thread on the Suggestions and Problems forum. Nick will reverse the trades for you guys.

Most likely, Nick's just going to say they should be more careful next time. If they had sent the trade back to the person, with a message that sounded like they mean to cancel but the person accepted it; THEN Nick would reverse the trade. But since a little window pops up and asks if your sure you want to accept the trade, there's no way you could accidentally accept a trade.
You're giving them false hope; and I'm pretty sure Nick has better things to do then to reverse a trade that someone just wasn't paying attention when they accepted it.

Actually, when the new store pets came out someone tried to scam me and sent me a trade asking for one for free. I meant to edit something in but accidentally accepted it. I thought I was sending it back edited and my message thanked them for the trade. A second after I sent it I realized I had given it away for free. So I sent a pm to Nick and explained what had happened and asked him nicely for a reversal and a couple of days later he pmed me back that the trade had been reversed. It was simple and Nick was very nice about it, no problems.
