Personality: strong voice and heart. Loves Katniss
Requested artist: anyone who read all three books, The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Mockngjay.
Reference photo or Description: Peeta's key features: blond fur and blue eyes, Distict 12 armband, and something to do with bread, like a small token or chain around his neck, since he is the dog with the bread.
