Ash shreiked when she saw the owl trying to get Kappa and Felix, she flew around frantically trying to get the owl's attention.

Zoe looked around her white fur standing out perfectly in the morning she looked around, she was out because she couldn't fall back asleep. Her ears perked as she heard a tiger moth she took flight and clicked using her echo she located it and quickly flew under it. Flying up so crunched it in her jaws, flying to the nearest tree she chomped down on it, it was 1/3 of her size so it took some time she sighed stuffed when she was done. Perking her ears she tilted her head at some hooting of an owl. Cautiously she flew toward. the sound and stooped landing on on a tree she watched some bats try to get away from the owl and she watched some get away. Taking flight she went behind the owl and clicked in its ear and flew out of its sight trying to distract it.

When it heard Zoe, the owl's head spun around and it's eyes locked on it's new prey. With a hungry hoot, it soared towards Zoe.

Kappa rustled her wings. "I-Is everyone alright? Felix? Ash?"

[valiant.]

Felix nodded, hearing the owl leave. "It's daylight, we can't go outside." He looked around the small space and rested his back against the wall, yawning.

[Solarizing]

"And we were just about to start our journey too," Kappa grumbled. Her ears pricked. "Felix, I hear more bats. It sounds like a whole colony!" The shrill cries of innocent bats danced around in her echo vision. "We've got to save them!"

[valiant.]

Felix shivered, not big on the idea. "Is that your colony, Kappa?" He peered up through the hole they squeezed through, not able to see much. He could only hear the flap of wings.

[Solarizing]

"I-I don't know," Kappa replied. "They sound unfamiliar," She let out a breath of surprise. "In that building! They must be there! That's where the noise is coming from!"

Zoe squeeked and flew quickly into the sky and tucked her wings to her body. Finally she unfurled her wings at the last minute and clung onto the owls back and clicked in its face again and took off she ducked into a hollow log on the ground and waited curled on the bottom of it.
