Ash shreiked and flew away from the owl.

The owl shot after them, its gray feathers pounding against the morning sky. "You should not be here, bats!" he hooted.

Felix flapped his large wings faster, the owl gaining. His breath was coming fast but he kept himself going. "Kappa! Over there!" He pointed to a small opening in the ground only big enough for a bat to squeeze into.
