Anyway I will critique as you have asked *despite me loving it so much*
The hair is a little to linear at the bottom, give it more feeling, more flowyness, to describe feeling, other than that its amazing.
Try blurring the wings a little and giving them definate shape , so it looks delicate and serene.

Thats all I have to recommend , loving itt <3
