Just because some test called you smarter doesn't mean you're better or more intelligent than everyone else. It does not give you the right to look down on others.
I'm kind of glad I never bothered with the test. :/
This. :3
Everyone is gifted in their own way, though.
Like my friend, for example. She's not good in school, but she's the best artist I've ever seen.<3
Gifts aren't just in school, they're everywhere. No matter how big nor small, everyone has their own gift. :3

I have taken several type of those kind of tests and one I totally Christmas tree'd and guessed because I didn't want to take it.... and yet I passed the top ten in my school. I went to a regular large public high school. I fell over laughing when my name was said on the intercom! My teacher thought I had gone mad. LOL

Yeah, after a few people started yelling about how the mod was yelled at. Then they unlocked it.
Everyone is gifted /shot
See, cats. Cats love me.
I'm an idiot, but cats that hate everything will come up and force me to love them. v_V

Oh, good grief. Why was this unlocked...? >.<
Anyways. No way in hell is some stupid test ever going to determine whether you are gifted are not. Plus, it is proven that people who work harder in school and don't get perfect grades always do better in life.
Middle school I never, ever had to work. I was considered the smartest kid in my school but guess what? Every single time I took the test for the "gifted" programs I failed it embarrassingly badly. Those who did get in were the kids whose parents were all part of a "parent group" and many of them actually taught at the school and knew what to quiz their kids on so that they would pass this extremely obscure test that would determine whether they were "smart" or not.
Finally, in High School, I went to an extremely good school (one of the top 10 in the U.S.) where I learned that being really smart in some random middle school in the middle of nowhere Missouri meant absolutely NOTHING. I worked extremely hard and ended up 150/300 in my Graduating class with a weighted GPA of 3.75. This was after four years of spending almost every night in tears over how difficult my homework was and maintaining a decent mix of As, crap, and Cs on my grade report. I was accepted into one of the top two engineering colleges in the U.S. and one of the top 10 over-all; Air Force Academy. Here I continue to struggle and my grades aren't perfect, but I am working my ass off with academics AS WELL AS balancing a military career.
For those of you who could never make it into a gifted program; keep your heads up! Work hard and you will do great in your future because you know how to work!
For those of you in the gifted programs; good job and don't take it for granted or think that you are just abnormally smart. Continue to push yourself in every way possible or in college and future careers you will be screwed. I have seen it countless times so don't let yourselves become lazy and arrogant. In no way do elementary school tests, middle school tests, or high school tests for gifted people guarantee you a good career in your future if that is what you are aiming for.
Amen and peace out!
