If you are a Queen, You don't have to have a mate. You can say mate was kittypet or rogue/loner.

(Okay, So Duststripe and Sunclaw (shinestar now) are just now leaving Cloud Rock.)

Shinestar walked out of the cave entrance, staring at Duststripe with her head held high. "I received my nine lives, StarClan accepted us as SunClan." she said walking on towards home. "We need territory, We will take a quarter of each clan's territory, that would make our territories evened out enough. It would provide us what we need."
