I think it's pretty bad taste to find delight in relationships breaking up, which I've seen a lot of people in this fandom doing :/ I think part of why it grates at me so much (besides the fact that it's generally not a decent thing to do) is that people immediately go "OH MATT AND KAREN SHOULD GET TOGETHER THEY ARE SO SECRETLY MARRIED ANYWAY". Why can't people just be close friends without it being a ~sign of romantic attention~? It baffled and infuriates me.

Sorry if I offended you..
I don't really like Daisy Lowe anyway. I don't think she's pretty, and I'm not into modeling.
I'll keep quiet now..

I get frustrated with the whole being into celebrities personal lives thing. It gets annoying with all the press covering personal life stuff, and really why should it effect me anyways? It's not like I'm going to meet them anyways, and I would much rather hear about how great their next movie or show is going to be. It seems a bit invasive really, I mean would you want everyone in the world knowing about your break up? I just get annoyed with it. ((Though annoyed is an understatement.)) Until Doctor Who, I didn't really even pay attention to what actors played the characters I like in shows, but with the characters changing so much on Doctor Who, you sort of have to know. But it's the only one I know who the actors are. For some reason it just doesn't seem right to get into people's personal lives, even if you are a big fan of their acting or singing or whatever-it-is-they-do.

Starbase Typhon is a roleplay run by me, off site. It is Star Trek based (but not the new movies, as you will see) and it definetly needs people who are willing to be active, write with great grammar, and of course, are semi-literate or above. Format is play by Nova, which involves multi-person posts that are a different way of doing things that here of CS. But it's lots of fun, and we need long term people who will help us complete our missions. As the commanding officer of Typhon, I invite anyone who would like to give it a try to please apply! (Warning that quality of applications is strictly judged. Very strictly judged.) The link is in the image.

Ok, let's get back onto topic. There are gossip sites for talking about people's relationships, 'kay?

Anyway.

There was something I was going to announce, but I can't remember.

Are we allowed to talk about Sherlock on here? I just wanted to be sure before I posted something I found about it.

On another note, I found a picture for the newest Christmas special, and I wanted to ask, does anyone else think the Doctor looks a little demonic in this picture? Here

Scary (As scary as the goofball can be) Doctor...
Question what the tv tells you
Question what a pop star sells you
Question mom and question dad
Question good and question bad

You mean the Christmas special coming up? Cool!

And by the way, was there a Christmas special last year? (in between seasons 5 & 6)?

And if so, what is it called?

Rai-kun: Yup, I'll be gone for a while, guys. Ya know, movin' and all. :/ I might be back on after high school settles down, but we'll just have to see how everything pans out!

[On a side note, Sherlock is a BAMF. Just sayin'.]

As for that picture, yeah, the Doctor looks like he's in one of his somebody-just-messed-with-the-companion moods. You know, the one where he gets as quiet and scary and ah-hell-no! And then he kicks their asses and saves the day. The end.

Wow. I think you just described every Doctor Who episode there is... Save a select few. That is so true.

Isn't it great how they can take the same plot line and make you cry every time they use it? Their writers are brilliant. Just brilliant. And speaking of Sherlock, Steven Moffat went on to write that after he did Doctor Who. [I think that's correct, anyway.]
