Silver Rain: The Town of Fear... {Accepting}

Snap watched the girl go, and hoarsely called out, "Thanks again!" I still don't know her name. he thought suddenly. He then turned back to Nel, smiling some.

Nel smiled and motioned to her home. "Are you hungry?" she asked as she started off towards her home.

Lily walked through the town, her head low. The people in this town kind of scared her. She quickly found a shop and bought some food and a cloth. Then she went into the woods to find a stick. (Ha, hobo sack ^^ ). While she was searching she stumbled upon a little log cabin. She wandered inside, and saw it was vacant. It was the perfect size for her, and not that dusty. In fact, it was pretty well-preserved. That's when she decided to stay, and live in Silver Rain.

Snap was about to speak, when his stomach rumbled. "I think that answers my question," he said, chuckling weakly.

Lily spent the rest of the day trying to clean her house with what little supplies she had. Every time she saw a spider or some kind of bug she freaked out and ran out of her house, waited a moment, then went back inside to try and kill it.

Nel gave a weak smile and gently grabbed his hand, pulling him to her house. "Okay, I'll make you something."

"Thanks." he said, smiling some as she took his hand, following her, and wincing occasionally when his legs suddenly throbbed with pain.

After Lily finished cleaning out her new house, she walked around town, looking for a job. She finally found a library, and looked up at it, wondering if she could be a helper or something. She walked in, hoping she could be accepted.

Nel glanced back, seeing his pained expression. "Oh, I'm so sorry." she said quickly. She opened the door and stepped inside.

"No, don't be, it's not your fault." he said, shaking his free hand, smiling weakly, being led into her house again. "Sorry for disappearing earlier. You weren't here, and I decided to look around some." he apologized, once they were in.
