Oh my gosh this is so irrelevant for the current conversation, but I just had the BEST IDEA EVER!!! So I write hours a day, right? but I never let anyone read it except for two of my friends (NiriethOfMordor and xxazul63xx). So my mom and brother always want to read it but I don't let them... So writing is what my mom wants for her Christmas present. She thinks I'm a good writer, but she doesn't even know whether I am or not! The only writing of mine she's read is the stuff I have to do for English, lol.
Sorry got sidetracked. My idea is this- Lord of the Wings. LotR with birds! Tell me what you think. I haven't started writing it yet, but if you like I could post parts of it sometimes.

I don't know if she has or not, but she's seen the movies at least, or parts of them anyway. She knows the story. My mom just hates battle scenes though.
