You're only supposed to do pictures you drew based on CS pets, and it has to be something YOU made. It's a pretty picture, but it needs to be done by yourself, unless you did happen to make it, but I'm pretty sure I've seen that picture before.

No, clearly she was not. Hatsune Miku is an already-existing character and therefore cannot be a design for the blue beta.
