I don't think it is going to stay a giftbox if it was why would it be in the wolves/dogs adoptables section?

Actually, the september special boxes and the halloween pumpkins have all said they were fully grown as well. They will probably not stay boxes forever.

Hm.... There are so many guesses for the pink and black box... I have some:

A birthday dog ( didn't the birthday dogs come from boxes that were full-grown? )

A pink and black dog, with one side black and the other pink, pink verison of the Joker, without the thing in its mouth and the words " Joker " on its back ( I was thinking that the outcome would look like the box )

A 2009 dog

A firework dog
