Say I was going to make a fake pet, such as a Goat or something, could I make it look like a galaxy Goat as long as I don't put CS or www. chickensmoothie.com?

Yes you can.

Fake pets are subject to all art and site rules. This includes art theft, fursona/design theft, and copying CS pet designs. You may not do any of these things to make a fake pet.

How do you make one? Does it have to have a whole body? How can you put it on chicken smoothie or on/in your pets group? Just wondering because I wanted to make a "fake pet", not sure what kind though. Please let me know. Thanks

oh those are fake I was seeing some coal pets and was like what, thanks for the info on that hopefully they will make it easier to tell when there fake now

I figured you could since people use CS pet designs and make them into there own OCs... And I've seen some cats on CS colored like CS pets... o_o
Now I'm confused. So we can't make fake pets with real pets designs... But we can have OCs colored like CS pets and color other pictures of them as a dif species if they don't have the my pet bar? That's just wow...

The cats were from the Advent calendar. And they are real, because they have www.chickensmoothie.com on them

Fake pets coloured like CS pets = no.
Fursonas coloured like CS pets = Ok, but should be crediting CS if used outside CS.
OC's coloured like CS Pets = Ok, but should be crediting CS if used outside CS.
Art and fanart coloured like CS pets = Ok, but should be crediting CS if used outside CS.

I'm not talking about cats from the 09 calendar. I'm talking about some cats that someone looked like they traced and colored. The one I recently saw was one colored like the cream and brown spotted dog from the 08 advent.

No they're not using them as fake pets but I believe they were using them as adoptables but I'm not sure since I can't find them now that I'm looking for them. XD;;
I just figured that if they were coloring cats like CS pets that people could make fake pets could be colored as CS pets as long as credit was given Note to self, read rules over. Except neopet rules... They're rules are way to long <_<;;;;
