Anyways.....

I just got a trade, (For my I think extra apple that is for Moonflight :3) and for the rare halloween dog (The regular one)

"Can I plzzzz have this petas for freeez? PURDY PWEASE?!!!"


When I cancled, they PMed me and yelled at me >.> So I checked their pets and they had both 1 apple AND the rare hallo dog >.>

Pfft. Don't they know it's purdy peas with squeezy cheese?

My guess is they wanted fodder. I think someone tried that with me when they offered on my Kiss PPS (My first trade EVAR! o: I was lucky enough to get that pet on the only one I adopted since it was when I joined, and luckily for me I liked her too much to let her go.), and when I looked through what they might be able to trade, they had another. I'm doubtful it was a hoard.

The Three Worst Things People Do In Auctions, from Least to Worst:

I remember the last auction I pulled out of. It was for an ornament newborn, begun back before its rarity was announced, The auctioneer kept pushing back and pushing back their end date, and a couple days after it ended, I withdrew my offer and said, "I'm withdrawing my offer, since this auction doesn't seem like it's ending anytime soon... =/"

The auctioneer got all huffy and said the auction WAS over and he'd be choosing the winner from the bids that WEREN'T withdrawn, and that he'd be doing that that night.

That, ladies and gentlemen, was five nights ago. It doesn't much matter to me, since I've withdrawn and I'm happy to keep my lioness (the lioness was a part of my offer) but it just amuses me to see lie after lie.... I keep it bookmarked, still, and check back. No new posts and the pet still belongs to the auctioneer. Amusing. XD

I find that amusing. I also hate when people do that! If you still need the ornament puppy and I happen to get a second one you'll be the first person I contract unless, of course, I love Moonflight more (I like to call her a friend :3)

I think I might have just earned myself a rant from someone else, but I have to admit their offer was quite humorous.
They sent a common Halloween horse that I have two of, for my rare pre-July advent, obviously expecting me to accept. I actually laughed out loud before editing so that 3 very rare pets were on their side for my pup.
I kind of feel bad however, knowing this is how hundreds of newbies were cheated out of sunbacks and galaxies on Dec. 18th :/ Pathetic really.

This is why I no longer participate in auctions. Seems like every auction I try to get in, all of the above happen. No more for me.

I got one like that too, so I edited it and added a rare pet and they cancled saying: "Sorry, I dont trade away MY pets" and Im like.....: WHAT?! xD

I no longer participate in auctions. I see them as a way of people squeezing for all their pet is worth, and hoping someone over-offers for it :/. It's unfair, then someone cancels an auction, when the offers are perfectly fair ^_^
