Nikita smiled softly, and dipped her her. Her eyes then scanned the camp, her ears perked up. She sniffed the air, her tail twitching slightly by her paws. She blinked slowly then looked up at the white clouds in the sky, smiling softly.

Silex

Silex nodded at Nikita and stood up again, streching his legs slowly. He turned to head back to alpha rock and saw Vivian. He nodded in her direction. "Good morning, Vivian" he said, as he leapt onto the rock.

Vivian nodded to him. "Good morning. Oh! I almost forgot! I have a few questions for you," she smiled, cocking her head.

Silex

Silex raised his eybrows a little. "Sure, go ahead." he said, warmly. His eyes glinted in the sunlight and he gave a small smile at Vivian.

[zima.]

She smiled back, though a bit nervously. "Well, I don't really know positions or members. Or much of anything. I'd like to know about the members and the rules." She sat down.

Nikita's stomach rumbled quietly. She glanced around before jumping to her paws and padding out of camp. She sniffed the air for any scents of prey. She soon caught the scent of an injured deer. She stalked forward to find a deer limping near the river, she grinned and stalked forward, getting closer. Once Nikita was close enough she pounced, and clambed her jaws shut on an leg. The deer let out a startled cry, Nikita now knew the deer had two injured legs.. and couldn't exactly run fast. She let go of the leg, and quickly pounced at the deers neck, and sunk her teeth in and stayed there still the deer fell limp.

Falon

Falon returned to camp and saw the two wolves talking. He padded to the river and lowered his head to drink. He waded in slightly, letting the cool water wash over him. He thought about the other wolf. He hadn`t really been scared of her threat, or her at all, but he wasn`t particularly looking for a fight. And something about her made him think that he hadn`t wanted to fight her in particular. She was beautiful yes, but her personality, the way she scared off the rabbit as if she cared about it, and the silent way she watched him. It confused him, and he put it to the back of his mind as he trotted back to the center of camp.

Sari

Sari sat and licked her paw where she had stepped on a thorn previously while walking away from the clearing where she had met the wolf. She wasn`t too concerned about him, and her threats were really idle, despite what he may have thought. She decided that her paw was in good enough condition for a run, and so she did. She often ran when she was bored, putting miles behind her and passing the same land again and again as she ran in large circles in the loner`s land. She had an amazing amount of stamina, she went on for hours at a time, pausing for short periods of time to drink or eat a quickly caught bird or rabbit. At night she sometimes ventured into the outskirts of the other pack`s territories. She found the smells and sights interesting. She remembered the one time when she stumbled upon the camp of the female alpha. Standing silently, surprised at her findings, she watched as she saw a wolf walk out to the clearing in the middle and stare up at the stars. She slowed to a standstill. That was the same wolf she had run into today! Interesting how things turn out, she thought.

Silex

Silex smiled. "Well," he began, "I don't really have any 'rules', just basic expectations. Obviously, respect the Alphas, Elders and all those with higher ranks, treat your equals fairly, and remeber to treat all those in the pack with dignity at least, they are wolves too. Of course, you may challenge other wolves for higher ranks, mates, etcetera. Ranks such as Alphas, Betas and such can only be gained by proving yourself to me, challenging, or, if there is already an Alpha, beta, or whatever, then you will have to become their mate to be that rank. Ordinary ranks you can shift between pretty much freely, as long as not too often. Of course, if you're happy with the rank you have, don't change it, what's the point? Anyway, mating usually occurs around spring and summer, meaning the pups will be born in autumn or early winter." he said. He then realised that was quite a lot of information. "Did you get all of that, did I miss anything?"

Falon

Falon yawned. He trotted back to the center of camp, bored. He sat down near the alpha rock, curling up in the sunlight. He drifted into a light sleep.

Sari

Sari walked down to the river, hoping to see another wolf. She may have driven off the other one, but now she was bored, and looking for something to do. She looked around in vain for a wolf to interact with. Disappointed, she waded into the river to fish.

(Btw, I`m going to be without computer access until Sunday of Monday. Just so you don`t kick me out or anything. )

She smiled, though it held a bit of a frown. "I think I got it all. Be respectful, challenging is okay, high position are mostly gained when proven to you or by mates, and it's pretty easy to switch positions."
