Not till the Doctor calmed down at least, or Rose or another companion puts him on a guilt trip, or till he feals guilty then agein this is Jack and the Doctor we are talking about, the Doctor leaft Jack in the third human empire and didn't have a second thought about it, why would he have one about leaving Jack in a black hole?
