What should I add to it to make it fairer?

An '08 uncommon, or an early '09. High demand '10 rare, maybe. Though it depends upon what pet. Do you have anything like that?

its not "very" unfair. just slightly. Since there is already an 08 uncommon in there, I would say add another early 09 uncommon.

Depends upon which one. Some '09 rares are easy to find, like maybe a rainbow draft? There are also some '08 uncommons that are easy to find as well.
