I agree... It's like a neopet dog crossed with some kind of clown. Do they have a paintbrush on Neo for that, I wonder? |D Oh well, I don't really care what it is... I call it a jester dog. I don't think T&G meant it in a way to be mean C: I read it as excitement, haha.
