I tried to whinny, but it came out as a squeak. I was starving, but I couldn't eat this grass. Within seconds, I was covered in the blood of others. I screamed and wriggled as a hoof grazed my head, and I ducked, trying to "outrun" the pain.

I darted out of the way, snapping. "What's wrong, swan, did your partner die? Since you'll be joining her soon!" I laughed, and smiled at Zanzibar. "Thanks for saving my hide," I whispered.

I felt so grateful to Shady for this. "Thank you," I said quietly. It was slightly numbing the pain.

Zanzibar screamed in pain and lashed out at Cavalia barely hearing Caxx. He ripped to deep cuts into Cavalia's chest.
