Yes. The PPS is the 4th Rarest Dog, while the dogtag is the rarest.

I think that's fair,sorbets are the most commen Juli's and the green and Yellow toxics the most commen toxics.Might be slightly unfair for the other person but I think it's pretty fair!

First trade:Unfair that rat is rare and more worth then the banana dog witch is more commen,unfair to them.
Second trade:Unfair to you.the yellow horse is uncommen but advents will probaly become uncommen/rare in a few month's just like the AC's of 08.
