Lunar leapt out from the hiding spot and latched herself on to the elk's neck, biting in as hard as she could. She felt the elk's strength ebbing and it slowly crumpled to the ground.

Astro silently left Nova's den as she fell asleep, knowing he shouldn't let the pup become to attached to him. He left with a sigh, maybe some hunting with lift his mood. He sniffed the air, lots of different scents filled his nostrils. He began to track down an Elk.

He gently let go of the flank. "OK let's drag this back to the den." He latched on again this time grabbing the fatty flesh of the elk's back, and pulling with all his strength.

Lunar, being a relatively weak fae, grabbed the elk's neck and helped him drag it, ignoring the rumbles in her stomach. No... It's for the pack... She told herself. She tried to say Well Done, but it came out all muffled.

Astro could scent another Wolf with the Elk. He grumbled to himself before heading back to Nova's den. Maybe it was time to let her eat some solids?
