Nite rounded the corner feeling bored as she stared at the floor and walked. Her senses told her that there was a man somewhere close by, where exactly she wasn't sure, and to be honest she didn't care much either. (No muse... oh well)

Karl continued to stare at a point on the wall. He wasn't all there at that point in time, but quickly snapped out of it when a girl appeared from around the corner. He glanced in her direction, blinking his amber eyes in question at her sudden appearance. "Hello." he greeted, flashing a smile as he stood up off the ground and brushed himself off, seeming to have forgotten about his space out moment.

"He won't open it." Jenny said crossly, but just at that moment there was a click as the door opened and the Doctor stepped in, as calm and casual as though he were walking into his own house... and in a way it was. Jenny glared at him, her eyes cold as she got to her feet forgetting Jax "You owe me big time if this was one of your stupid 'experiments." she snarled her eyes angry and cold, but Smiley simply ignored her, more concerned with the subject on the floor. "You aren't quiet as bright as I expected. These locks are controlled by electricity... Why didn't you simply use the tazor to over ride it?" the Doctor asked, the circutes would easily break with a large enough electric shock, that was how Jenny opened the door ahead of time, he had needed to know she wouldn't give that little secret away.

Antonio smiled at her, that light feeling returning to his head. It still amazed him that this was all real, that this living hell had something good to it. He rested his forehead against Erica's temple. His breath brushing her ear as he spoke, "Erica..." he whispered, loving the name, just because it belonged to her. "I love you." he added, closing his eyes for a moment as he gathered his breath, trying to keep every moment of this cemented in his memory. He hated to think they would have to leave things like this out once they were out of her and telling their story to real people.

Jax jumped to his feet grabbing Smiley by the front of his shirt and slamming him backward into the wall before letting go and bolting at the door that had been left open behind Smiley. He shot down many halls then skidded to a stop not knowing where the exit was. "Calm down Jax its just another forest....." he whispered to himself focusing on the patterns in the halls. He had onl a few minutes before they found him and stopped him. He would be good as gone by then...

Selenite

Slenite turned in the direction of the voice, instantly locating him. "Hello." She replied with with a small dip of her head. Her pale blue eyes continued to stare at nothing, though she did meet the man's eye. "My name is Selenite, but please call me Nite." Her request to merely call her Nite sounded like more of a command than a request. She didn't like her full name very much...

Erica

Eica manages to catch her breath again as Antonio whispered her name into her ear. His breath tickled though and made her giggle softly. She tilted her head back, "Antonio..." she whispered back in the same tone, "I love you too." She smiled knowing she meant every word. She closed her eyes happily and leaned against him again. "What are we going to tell people once we get out?" She asked him in a soft voice. They would get out... somehow.

"Nite huh?" Karl responded, realizing that she couldn't see him. "Im Karl. I don't have any special nicknames, haha. Its a pleasure to meet you by the way." he continued, momentarily looking past the girl to watch something flicker in and out of his field of vision before returning his gaze back to her distant one.

[~Erica~]

Selenite

"Nice to meet you too Karl and you would prefer a nickname as well if your parents named you after a rock." She replied in a dry tone. She was mildly surprised that she was picking up hardly any thoughts from him. It was pleasant to have the silence in her mind continue even while she talked to someone new. Normally a whole buzz of thoughts from the person would flit though her head as the person she was talking to looked her over.

"Ah well, I never really took an interest in rocks..." Karl mumbled, rubbing the back of his neck. "So youre fine. I wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't told me." he finished. "So, what brings you around my hallway?" the man asked. He was used to very little company on his floor. A lot of people avoided him, but it was understandable. Npo one wanted to risk being stabbed to death, right? Right.

Selenite

"Oh so this is your hallway?" Selenite asked in a suddenly sarcastic tone. She cleared her throat, "Hmm, sorry, um nothing much. I'm just wandering around. Nothing much else to do around here anyways." She shrugged her shoulders. Really on a rainy day like this one it was either walk around or sit in your room. Nite had done the later of the two for about an hour and then had gotten bored and decided to go for a walk.

Karl cocked at brow at Nite's sudden attitude. "Well, its not mine technically, but I call it mine since I hardly see anyone up here." he replied. He listened to her talk about what she had done before meeting him and nodded his head. "Raining. Wow... I never noticed it was raining actually. I must be pretty dense." Karl chuckled, looking for a window to confirm her story.

Nite nodded, "Sorry again I have... problems with sarcasm. Ya the rain is quite dense." She agreed. She may not have been able to see the rain, but she could most certainly hear it pounding down on the windows up and down the hallways. She shifted her weight absently, playing with strands of her silvery-white hair.
