I'v only seen it twice on this board and once in general. I'm not seeing enough of a need to add it at this time. I usually only add them if its constant over a few weeks. There's always a 'popular question of the week' that pops up for a week then is not asked again for a long time.

Can you organize your pet groups?

If you mean pets in your groups, no. It goes by ID number. If you mean actual group organization, it goes by alphabetical order. But you can use symbols to make them sit how you want. For example:
--Wolfs
-Dogs
