Skipper smiled as the arrow hit Shay. she hopped down from the tree, and she shifted into wolf. her muscles were rippling, working against the cold, and she ran through the forest.

shay was getting weaker. "I don't know," She whimpered. She pulled it out, and dropped it. She used both her hands to try and stop the bleeding.


Justin snarled. "Its not a closet. Please. You can't shift against the cold. There is a nice warm blanket for you. Go in!" He pushed her inside, and helped her into a chair.

Once inside, she shifted and ran under the chair, shivering and trembling, looking at him with her wide green eyes.

"Please...I'm fine...I...I don't know who you are....And...How is it you can change into a wolf like me?" She whispered.

Luke panicked not knowing what to do."Come with me.." He said offering to help her up.

Griffin shot after the white wolf [Skipper],appearing from the woods. Running past the two [Luke & Shay.]. He was silent,just a flash of black,barely seen in the night scenery.

Skipper felt someone follow her, and she ran faster. She turned sideways, so che can meet the wolf who was following her.

Shay pushed her self up. She cried out in pain, as she moved.

Justin shifted back. "I'm a werewolf," She said. "You are one too. You were either born like this, or were bitten."

"Mama was a wolf too...But Papa hurted her...That's why I ran away..." She said, turning wolf again and sauntered out of her spot, finding a better one under a dirty table and laid there in a ball.

Luke helped her up,heading for the house. He couldn't leave her.

Griffin ran faster,almost catching up until she turned. He swiftly turned also,skidding across the grass. He snarled at her,his blue,almost white eyes, glaring at her.

"Why are you following me?!" Snarled skipper. "I have nothing to give." Her hackles were raise, and her ears were back.


Shay tripped, and fell into the snow. she couldn't bring herself to get up. She was dying. She knew it.

Justin sat beside her. "You won't be hurt anymore," He promised.
