I'm having trouble colouring. Some of your layers contain white pen in them, so you can't colour bits of the dragon

Please write down the names of the layers you are having trouble with and I'll fix them If you started coloring this oekaki before a certain point in time, there was a big issue with the white making it hard to color. If you started on your dragon before then, that might be the problem. If not, it's probably some white I forgot to get rid of
