.:Rules:.(I really don't want to get into this too much, but for my and your sake this is necessary)
~Don't be rude-No swearing and fighting and all the rest of that.
~Do not whine and complain if you don't get the design you wanted. Normal Pre-mades work in first order first serve (unless otherwise stated). (Refer to :How adopting works: for more info)
~The lineart belongs to me. Do NOT remove the (c) sign on your adoptable. After you've sent the payment over and I've accepted it, you can do whatever you want to your fox, as long as you give me (and give the artist) credit, and a link back is also much appreciated. Try not to use this off CS, if you want to then please ask for permission from me first.
~Please be patient if you are waiting for me to finish a custom. I have a real life out there, just like you. I apologise if I'm taking too long. Do not spam my PM inbox or this thread telling me to finish up customs. (Again, refer to :How adopting works:)
~Please do not spam this thread. It confuses me and it confuses everyone else. If there is something you want to tell me do not post it 50 times on this thread, just PM me.
~Fill out the form if you want to adopt a design, don't just say "I want this" and expect to get the design.
~Don't fill out the form for a design then just walk away and forget about it. If you do not send your payment over within 3 weeks, I WILL put it up for adoption or give it to someone else. These aren't 100% free.
~The max amount of designs you can adopt in 2 weeks is 3. (Customs included.)
~No chatspeak. Dat means wen u type lik dis.
~Have fun, and enjoy the designs!

Refer to the first post for information, otherwise ask me via PM. If you don't want your fox anymore, tell me so I can put it up for adoption again. If you want to transfer your fox to another user, PM me first (and if you want the person you are transfering your design to) and I will sort it out. If you have any suggestions or questions(reasonable questions, when I say that I mean questions that are not included in the Rules/first page) feel free to ask or PM me, I don't bite

This thread will constantly be edited, and so will the rules as I see fit.
If you see anyone breaking the rules on this thread, please PM me about it.

Mods, Mini-Mods and Artists are chosen and/or accepted by me. Do not Mod or Mini Mod without me giving permission first. Currently I don't need any more mods/artists, if I do I will state so on the first page.

:How adopting works:
This shop works in two three ways;
1- I make a design for a fox. On the fox's page I will post the form for adoption. (Forms are also posted on the first page.) This works in first order first serve format. (Payment is also included on the design's page) You can adopt a maximum of 3 designs every 2 weeks (customs included).
2- You order a custom (with the custom form) and when I accept it I will make the design. Refer to the Prices section for payment. The agreed payment will also be posted on the finished custom's page. I take 2 custom requests every month (this may change, depends on whether I have time or not.)
3- (There used to be two, the third was suggested by theNightsIllusion!) You order a custom, but instead of showing a ref (like in number 2) you can tell me a theme and also colors you want me to use, and I design and do whatever I want for the rest. (This might be a little confusing, and please PM me if you do not understand.)
If you order 2 or 3 customs (both type #2 & #3) it will only count for 1 slot.

1 Fox design - varies from 3 commons to 1-3 wishlist pet/rares, the exact wanted payment will be put up on the design's page
1 Fox pre-made - varies from 3 commons to 1 wishlist/rare, refer to the fox's page for exact wanted payment
1 Fox custom - varies from 2 uncommons to 3 wishlist/rares, refer to the fox's pafe for exact wanted payment
Please make reasonable offers, e.g. an uncommon for a design that was made in or under 1 hour, NOT a common for a design that was made in over 3 hours.

The name (chosen for the fox's design) will be written onto the fox's picture once someone has adopted it. If you want me to make edits to the fox, please put it in "Other".

Once you have adopted your fox design, it is yours, you can do whatever you want with it. Just give me and/or the coloring artist proper credit for the art!

Rules:
~ Use the form or you won't be considered.
~ Don't whine if you don't get the design/adopt.
~No begging, spamming, or asking someone to give their design to you after they've won. This isn't allowed in any way.
~ Do not ask someone else to fill in the form/make the art for you. It has to be done by YOU and YOU only. (Having someone to give critique and proofread is okay.) Colored in lineart is acceptable, but your chances of winning might decrease.
~ Do NOT use art that is not yours, and do not trace someone else's drawing. It's art theft.
~ Each contest ends in 4-5 days. The winner will be announced on the 5th day.
~ Be fair. If you've already adopted a fox in the last 48 hours, give other people a chance to enter.
~ Don't use designs as your fursona. Fursonas should be personal. You can though, use these as characters. Just give credit.
~ No Mini-moding (or moding). If you aren't on the main thread's first post, please don't do so.
Remember this event is based on creativity!
The form and rules will be posted on every CSD.

I have finished all the customs (finally!! XD), and for the rest of this month customs are going to be closed, so please wait until the end of this month before you order a custom fox. Here are the last 3 customs -

A new rule has been added; If you do not send your payment to me within 3 weeks, I WILL put it up for adoption like a normal pre-made or give it to someone else.
I am still waiting for Rufus/Nanotech to send a trade over for Laika. You still have 5 days to do so before it will be given to someone else.

:Christmas Special Event!:
For the rest of this month I will be making pre-mades, but instead of first come first serve, there will be a contest! Each contest will end in 4 days, so the end date will depend on when I post the design. [E.g. I posted Pre-made #103 on the 25th, so the contest for fox #103 will end on the 29th.] The auction is based on creavity, and on the page of each pre-made there will be a form to fill out, which includes the name, gender, history, personality and fan-art. Suggestions and questions are more than welcome. I hope everyone enjoys this Christmas event!
