I'd say both unfair to you,
1. trade: the liontail is indeed valuable, but still nowhere near a grinner, not even with both other storedogs and Spottedleaf added to the trade.
2. trade: I'm pretty sure grinners are valued as high as mid-value-Septembers, which is more than the cookie advent or warrior cats. I'd say, though, that you'd need to add something else instead, because the card dogs aren't making up for the advent's value.

This one is hard o:
The dog has turned rare a short while ago, and I'm pretty sure it was available for a very long time
[now that I looked it up - from November '08 up to late '09 / This makes me remember
that there wasn't even an adoption limit for the first days, so there are quite a few of that litter around.]
It has, however, been seemingly higher in demand the last weeks/months,
so I'm not sure if it's fair.
I really think it depends on your trade partner's/your opinion of the species' value.
Some people value lions even higher than dogs, others don't.
I suggest you talk about that first ^^
