@caroline. It looks like /that/ egg ran out of time, where as your other egg died of sickness. I put my eggs in eggs around the world and NDEr (both found on the Wiki under click sites) at 6 days 0 hours. That will usually give them enough views to hatch on time, but also few enough and late enough that they wont get sick.
