Amy leaned her head against Jay's chest as he carried her toward the building. She sincerely hoped that the door wouldn't be locked and they could get in. All she wanted to do was crawl into bed -with Jay if possible- and go to sleep. Then in the morning she could wake up and live another day with Jay. (Ugh. WB)

Erica glanced outside to see the rain clouds and darkening sky. "Lovely." she muttered in agreement with a sigh. That meant the good Doctor would be making his rounds to check up on them. Fun fun fun. Not. "Well till he arrives why don't we do something?" she suggested, though what they could do she wasn't quite sure really. She supposed they could play a game or she could draw since that was what she would normally do on days like this.

Jay

Jay paused at the door and opened it, it seems that they had not been locked out thank goodness. "I guess we weren't forgotten after all," he commented to Amy as he pushed the door open and stepped inside. The door locked behind them and Jay blinked. He guessed that they were perhaps the last ones in. "Shall we go to your room then?" he asked Amy just to make sure, though his really would be closer.

Description: Karl has honey amber colored eyes and jet black straight hair that reaches his shoulders. His skin is pale naturally. His height is about 5'10 or '11 and he has a slim toned figure.

Power: Karl has the ability to see and feel demons, ghosts, and other entities that wander about. Mostly its shadow people and bloodied souls that haven't found peace, but demons like to plague him and often harm him physically.

How Long Have They Been Trapped: 10 very long years

Asylum Sentence: It had been at a Christmas party when he went berserk, thinking that those around him were the demons that tried to kill him at night or the shadow people that would breathe down his neck and send chills down his spine. Karl had taken the butcher knife used to cut the turkey off the table and launched himself over the wooden piece, brutally killing a family member of his. His family was horrified and they immediately sent him to the Asylum.

Personality: Karl can be actually quite the romancer. He likes the company of women, but will deal with men just as well. Hes a flirt and at first glance, could be mistaken as a completely normal person. He likes to draw and take part in games like chess or even read.

History: Life had been normal until a very fateful year. It all started when Karl was 12. It had been a regular day, when all of a sudden something terrible happened. It was like a wire shorted out or finally connected in Karls brain and he was able to see things that those could not. At first he attempted to ignore it, but the souls kept coming. They'd find their way into his room, peeping out from his closet and steadily coming closer night by night. Those were just the shadow people however. Demons were next to come into Karls life. The beasts, inhuman and wicked, would attack him, choking him in his sleep. Finally, the poor boy lost it and committed his crime which sent him off to the Asylum to spend the rest of his days, and ultimately be disowned.

Fears: Unexplained noises, disembodied voices, shadows, apparitions

Other: His triggers include the above, but spirit contact (physical) is what really sends him over the edge.

Amy shook her head, "Whichever room is fine. I'm just happy we weren't locked out." She was practically asleep in Jay's arms, but tried to stay awake at least until she got to bed. ((I'm sorry. I can't think of anything more. Writer's block has attacked me hard all day today.))

"Why don't we go to mine it's a bit closer." Jay replied to Amy as he changed direction a little bit to walk to his room instead of hers. He carried her carefully, cradling her close to him as he walked so as not to jostle her foot of hand. As they reached the door to his room Jay opened it carefully and went in letting it shut softly behind him. He carried Amy over to his bed and set her down gently on it. "Here we are, sleep now alright." he told Amy in a caring voice with a smile

Amy smiled as she curled up in the warm bed. "A-right" She murmured drowsily as she drifted into sleep.

Jay woke with a yawn feeling someone next to him he opened his eyes to see Amy curled next to him. He smiled remembering playing hide and seek yesturday with her. He brushed her hair lightly out of her face with a smile. "Rise and shine Amy." He whispered softly to her. It was morning time now, and time for breakfast.

Amy was awoken by Jay softly saying her name. She fluttered her eyes open to his green eyes level with hers. "Good morning gorgeous." She said flirty. She sat up with ruffled bed hair and yawned, "So what's for breakfast? Cereal or bagels today? I'm starving. I don't think I had dinner last night." Her stomach rumbled in response and she giggled. "I guess not. How are you this morning Jay?" She hoped he wasn't too sore from yesterday.

Jay chuckled at her flitacious tone of voice. He sat up next to her and yawned againg stretching his arms legs. "Right back at you." He replied with a smile. "Um I'm not sure shall we go see what they're serving in the cafeteria for breakfast?" His stomach grumbled too, "See what you did Amy? You set up my stomach off too, I didn't have dinner either."

Amy laughed at Jay, "Well then we'll have to fix that, won't we?" She was laying on the inside of the bed and she had to climb over Jay to get off the bed. Which wouldn't be a problem. She rolled so that her legs were in between his and wrapped her arms around his neck flirtatiously. "Good morning." She said with a mischievous grin before giving him a long kiss.
