I have a few tips for you:

The muzzle is longer.

Don't make your drawing on the first layer, always make it on the second layer so you can erase.

Don't overuse the smoothing tool, it doesn't look so good.

The neck is very fluffy.

Be sure to add muscles in the face and body, to get the correct anatomy, you can look at pictures of wolves.

When you look at a dog's face the nose isn't just a triangle, it has little upside down tear drop shaped nostrils.

And believe it or not, wolves have eyebrows, but they are just little bumps above the eye.
