Can;
Edit lines.
Use in contests. (With permission)
Color for peoples.
Donate to adoption places or use as revamp.
Take to another site. (With permission)
Rewrite siggie or move it.

Can't;
Say you drew it.
Remove siggie.
Color for pets/cs/any other money like stuff.
Use for shops.

I'll be surprised if people use this. x]
