Sammy smiled at Kiro, embarrassed. "Oops, heh heh," she rubbed the back of her head, ears flattening back and tail drooping. "Chess usually yells at me for being easily distractable. And for being unable to multitask. Anyway, it's not far down." Turning, she started back down. It was strange though, he had reacted so fast. She barely knew she was slipping before he caught her. And how he'd jumped over! But... he had to be good, a mod wouldn't have struggled with her weight. Mentally shaking off the eary feeling, she bounced down the stairs to the main area. "Chess~! We made it safe!"

"Good, I was beginning to think you tripped again," he rolled his eyes, leaning against the wall.

"Hey! ... Almost." she huffed.

"Figures. Well, if anyone's hungry I have a store room. It's over here." Pushing off the wall, he started off to a large side room. "It's walk in. We'll all fit."

"I'm good!" Sammy waved him off, hopping onto an abanndoned pew, laying on her stomache.

"I'll stay here as well," Seal replied, shooting Kiro a glance to tell him to go with the other group. Divided was their best bet. She could handle this one and whatever little group also stayed out before helping Kiro with the others. She took a seat on the same pew, trying not to look tense, hands on her knees under her sleaves.

Kiro thought it was a close one when he caught Sammy in mid-fall. He could have given them away. When he caught Seal's look to split up, he gave a slight, almost unnoticeable nod. "I'll go with you," he said to Chess and entered the store room. Taking care of the boy wouldn't be hard at all. He just hoped that Seal could handle the girls.

Jewel decided to stay out as well. Instead of sitting in a pew, she moved to a place where a stained glass window once stood. There were some shards of it remaining on the window sill, and she picked one up to get a better look. "Ow," she muttered quietly when the edge had cut her, which caused her to drop the glass shard.

Amelia slowly walked up the steps shyly, stepping inside. The place was humungous!! Well to her anyways. She smiled happily and went into the middle of the shack, sitting on the floor and looking up at the cieling. I soft purr coming from her throat.

"Glad you like it. I've been trying to find a new place though." Trevor stepped inside shortly after and closed the door. He locked it as well, since you couldn't ever be too careful. "There's food in the kitchen if you're hungry. Mostly canned stuff, so I don't have to leave the house much." He shrugged slightly. "I think I have cable too. I know the lights work at least."
