I think that was a month or two ago, along with the rest of its litter?

I've been thinking this same, but I can't find it in the Archive.
Maybe I'm blind. ^^

How do you always know when pets raritys change?

it's every month between 20th - 25th
so you must watch it

Not necessarily... for example, October pets didn't get their rarities until November. All that can be guaranteed is that it will be near the end of the month and it can sometimes go into the next month.
