Phoenixpaw's eyes lit up immediately. "Can we do some battle training? I want to finally try to beat the older apprentices. They always made fun of me when I was a kit and now if I have training I can win," she meowed eagerly.

Flarepaw walked behind his mentor, following her lead as they ventured further and further into the forest. "So... where exactly are we now?" He asked Foxstreak quietly. He felt rather lost, as he saw nothing but tall trees and a light sunshine that filtered through the leaves and branches.

Frozenstorm trotted happily out of camp. Her senses were alert for anything out of the ordinary, but all she could find was the usual: mice, rabbits, birds...she smiled. Ah, what a lovely day...she was in love, she had a lovely apprentice, it was a lovely morning, and all was perfectly, well, lovely.

Darkpaw trailed after his mentor, wondering what was wrong with her. She just seemed so happy, not that that was a bad thing but still it was weird. She kept prancing a around. He twitched his ear. something was different too than when he first got apprenticed. She had a dreamy look in her eyes..... Darkpaw inwardly groaned. He knew it was Bluejay that did this to her. He vowed that he would never like a she-cat, it would distract him from his duties.
