I agree- not intermediate. The shading is minimal, the lines are basic, and there's really not much effort put in.
If you're saying that something belongs in beginners is bad, then you're really insulting all of beginners.

But I also think that if you added detail, such as shading, fur texture, color, etc., and a nice background, this could very well be intermediate. :3
