" Really!"She said, getting distracted. " My family never told me that, they never said anything with that........ god I'm stupid!"She said, smacking her head, with the palm of her hand. " Golden Retriever half Cocker Spaniel!"She shouted about a minute later.

For some odd reason Olivia felt awkward. She sighed and looked down at her feet. "I'm never good at this whole, meeting new people thing." She sighed only being honest. Unless, it's her that thinks everybodys against her. Olivia then watched Decker and smirk a tad bit. The cat stopped rubbing his face on the guitar. Decker looked up at Brody. A slight curve went to the corner of Decker's mouth. He sat down next to Brody and watched him.

She sighed, looseining the grip that her hooked arm had on his, but leaving them hooked this time, wanting the comfort that the human touch had to give. "Well, a few months before I was to go on the trip, my mom got sick." She began, not meeting Jason's gaze. "I'm not blaming my mother, far from it. But, when she got sick, it was me and Cameron that had to go stay by her side, getting her the things she needed, and tending to her. My dad was away on business at the time, and I doubt he would have came to her aid, anyway, since the wound of the divorce was still fresh." She rolled her eyes at that thought, then continued. "My mom, she uhh.. she didn't make it through the sickness. She was sick for about a year, and it only got worse over that period of time. By the end of it, I don't think life would have been the right option, even if it had been possible for her." She stopped, looking over at Jason, giving a shrug to go along with the last words she was about to speak. "And, I wasn't about to go off and leave Cameron. Cameron was living with us at the time, because his mother had died at his birth, and his father was a sorry excuse for a dad. So, I didn't want to leave Cameron for dancing in Russia, I couldn't. So, I declined the offer, and... I stayed here, with him." She finished, her voice almost faded away to a whisper, as it had gotten quieter with each word she had let escape her lips.

Jason felt her arm come into his for a second time, this time he didn't really blush, but he just let it happen, not that he didn't before, but he was a little more used to it now. He listened intently to her story and when she looked at him he looked over right as she shrugged and he looked away again, but was still listening. Jason was nodding through out it here and there. When she finished with a voice that was dying off he spoke "Well that sucks... But at least you stayed to help em' out"

With a smile and a faint laugh Mitch nodded slowly "Interesting mix... Mine is a White German Shepherd." he said smiling as he looked back at Sunny then at Skyler

Brody looked up at her as she spoke again and he smiled "You don't need to be good at it... Just be able to do it." He said reassuringly as he smiled at Decker who was sitting beside him. Brody laughed lightly at the cat.

' Intresting....... Do you have a picture?"Skyler said, looking at her dog who was pasted out on the pavement.

She nodded. "Yeah, I mean, it wasn't all bad." She said, her voice gaining back some of its volume. She let her hair get carried off of her shoulders by the breeze, allowing it to flow back behind her. "I wouldn't be here, at the garden, with you." She paused, and, realizing what she had said, she blushed, turning away, pretending to look at a flower on her other side. "In fact, I wouldn't have moved to this town at all."She added the last comment, to make her statement seem a bit more casual.

Olivia nodded in agreement. "Guess your right." She said as her voice trailed off into a whisper. She looked down at her feet and then up at Decker. She smiled at the fact Brody was amused by the walking cat figure. "Your a cat person, I see?" She asked looking at him.

Jasons gaze moved to her when she spoke about being at the garden with him, when she blushed and turned her head it made him half smile. When she added her second sentence he nodded slowly as he looked forward again as he walked "interesting..." he said with a smile as he looked at his feet for a moment then back up ahead of them.

Pulling out his phone Mitch starred to scroll through some photos, finally finding one he pulled it up "Uh here..." he said handing her the phone "Her name is Cracker"

Skyler looked at the picture. " Perrty!"She said, after looking at it. " I like the name! "She added, looking out to Sunny, and remebering her other dog and cat she had in Texas, at their other home. Squishy and Snuggles. Weird Names but she was ten when she named them.........
