No, she dosen't hang out with them. most of the ponies with Seafoam's hair style stick together. I thought Carrottop and BonBon hung out. They mostly hang out with the purple pony with the grape cutie mark.

Speaking of shippings, I'm torn between Applejack X Rainbow Dash and Applejack X Rarity. After seeing "Look Before You Sleep", I sorta think it's cute...but Apple Jack X Rainbow Dash is totally adorable, too.

Apple Dash Forever! And I finally figured out the Seafoam clic!

Seafoam and the grape pony hang out a lot, and BonBon switches between Lyra and CarrotTop, and Lyra hangs out with Seafoam/Grape Pony sometimes and BonBon at other times!
