Seth's head hung out of the straw. The lightning and thunder had stopped, and it became stuffy inside the warehouse.
"Should get out of here." Seth groaned to himself. He climbed out of the hay, doing a basic stretch once he was out, following with a yawn. He shook off his moist fur in an attempt to get rid of some sleepy-ness, as some dogs occasionally shook to get rid of stress and the urge to sleep. He had nearly fallen asleep back there- but managed to stay awake until the storm was over.
To his surprise, all the sheep were still there in a single piece. None had been scared by the thunder or ran off, from the looks of it.
The ground was as moist as his fur outside, and there were some more rocks scattered around. He picked the nearest one in his jaws, and started to chew it again, like he had done before the storm. Chewing the rocks eased a bit of pain from his mouth that he had been experiencing lately, or rather, chewing anything eased the pain. He had chipped a tooth a few days ago, and that had caused a bit of pain in his mouth. Chewing temporarily eased or stopped the pain, so chewing he did.
