In the corner of the screen, the box that says "Layer 1" is which one the lines are on. Press the "+" button below that, and drag the layer that appears (Layer 2) under "Layer 1" than color on "Layer 2". I hope this helps!

You need to do something special for lock alpha, but it's so confusing! I know how to use it on editables that people have already added lock alpha, but I don't know how to actually create a lock alpha oekaki.
